We act as an intermediary platform. We do not directly provide fencing installation, repair, or any other physical fencing services. All fencing work is performed by independent contractors who are registered on our platform. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 For Customers

When you submit a quote request or enquiry through our website:

Your details will be shared with one or more relevant contractors in our network
Contractors may contact you to discuss your project and provide a quotation
Any agreement for fencing work is between you and the contractor directly
We do not guarantee that you will receive a response from a contractor, though we make every reasonable effort to connect you
We do not set or control the pricing offered by contractors

2.2 For Contractors

Contractors registered on our platform agree to:

Provide accurate and current business information
Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
Maintain all necessary licences, insurance, and registrations required by South African law
Deliver services to the standard agreed with customers
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

3. User Obligations

By using our website, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or creating accounts
Not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Customer Payments

Our website is free to use for customers. There is no charge for submitting quote requests or enquiries. Any payments for fencing services are made directly to the contractor you engage, under terms agreed between you and that contractor.

5.2 Contractor Payments

Contractors may be subject to subscription fees or per-lead charges as outlined in their contractor agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable payment methods, are specified in the separate contractor service agreement.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Customer Cancellation

You may stop using our services at any time. If you have submitted an enquiry and wish to withdraw it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clearviewfencingcapetown.co.za. Please note that once your details have been shared with contractors, we cannot recall that information.

6.2 Contractor Cancellation

Contractors may cancel their registration by providing written notice as specified in their contractor agreement. Cancellation does not absolve contractors of any outstanding payment obligations.

6.3 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to our website at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or misleading activity
Non-payment of fees (contractors)
Conduct that may harm other users or our reputation

7. Intellectual Property
